Jaime Stein - About
Jaime Stein is a broadcaster, writer and photographer living in Toronto, Canada.
He is the former radio play-by-play voice of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club of the Canadian Football League. On May 20, 2005 at age 26, he was named the youngest play-by-play broadcaster in the history of the Toronto Argonauts.
Jaime joined the Argos' front office at the start of the 2004 season to produce the team's radio broadcasts on MOJO Radio, a news and talk station in the Greater Toronto Area. After a year's absence on the airwaves, Jaime oversaw the re-launch of Argonauts football on the radio. During his time with the Argonauts, Jaime also hosted Argos this Week - a magazine style show - and wrote a popular column for Argonauts.ca called On the Goal Line with Jaime Stein. Jaime also helped the Argonauts become the first team in the CFL to offer podcasts.
Prior to joining the Argonauts, Jaime was an Editorial Assistant at The Sports Network (TSN) on their flagship show, SportsCentre and Molson That's Hockey. Jaime first landed at TSN as a recipient of the TSN B.E.S.T. scholarship and spent more than two years at Canada's Sports Leader before leaving to join the Argonauts.
Jaime graduated from the Journalism program at Ryerson University (Toronto, Canada) in 2003 and also holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).
